We are located at 104 in the Damani Wala Building, right on Ghoghari Street in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area is. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there is always something going on right outside our window. Orient Craft S.Oliver Pvt Ltd operates from this spot, and it’s a constant juggle of space and time. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to be very careful about where we put everything. Rolls of fabric, samples, and boxes are stacked up pretty high sometimes. The building itself is old, with narrow stairs and a lot of history. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Some days the humidity is really tough, and the fans just move the hot air around, but we keep working through it. We aren't a big, cold corporation; we are just a group of people trying to manage our production and shipping from a very busy part of town. There’s no point in trying to sound fancy when you’re working in the middle of a Mumbai market area. We deal with people face-to-face a lot, and things can get a bit loud and messy, but that’s just the nature of the business here. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving as smoothly as the Mumbai traffic allows.
