Our place is over at No. 2 A/2 in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some years. The workspace is filled with machines and tables where we put the clothing together. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don’t really have a big reception or anything like that because we spend all our time on the floor. It’s practical and keeps us focused on the work. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses, so there’s always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. It's not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We mostly deal with local suppliers for our materials. The stairs up to the unit are a bit narrow, so moving big rolls of cloth can be a bit of a struggle. But we’ve gotten used to it over time. We just try to make sure everything we send out is decent and looks right. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We don’t have much to show off but we keep the place running through the busy seasons and the slow ones too.
