Odyssey Organics Pvt Ltd. is located inside Bayer House on Central Avenue. That's in the Hiranandani Gardens area of Powai. It’s a pretty modern part of town with lots of tall buildings and nice trees. We share space within the Bayer Group setup. It’s a bit different from a standalone factory because things are quite orderly here. We work on the organics side of things. Most of our time is spent looking at data or coordinating between different departments. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on phones. Powai is a busy spot, so getting in and out can take a while during rush hour. We don’t really do big public displays. We just stay focused on the organic chemical side of the business. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things down to earth among ourselves. We have meetings, we check our lists, and we make sure the orders are moving along. Being in such a well-known building makes it easy for people to find us, though you have to go through the main security first. It’s a steady place to be. Odyssey Organics Pvt Ltd. has its own corner in this big complex, and we just keep doing our bit every day. It's a steady rhythm of work that doesn't need much fuss or fancy words to describe it. We just stay busy.
