Nova Estate

You can find us over at 104 in the Kandivali West Garden Complex, specifically in the Gaurav Ganga Towers. It is one of those places that feels lived-in and busy all the time. Being in Kandivali means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle property stuff at Nova Estate, which really just means we talk to a lot of people about where they want to live. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s got files everywhere and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really bother with being polished. We’d rather just tell people the truth about a flat or a building and move on to the next task. Most of the time, we’re out walking around the complex or visiting other towers nearby. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. People stop by to ask about rents or if anything new has come up for sale. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just know this specific patch of Kandivali really well. The elevators in the tower can be slow sometimes, which gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. It’s a community thing as much as it is a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for us and the people who live here.
