Nokia Care Centre

Our Nokia Care Centre is located at Hadpse 1, right on the une Solapur Road in Chembur. It’s a busy spot, especially with the traffic coming off the main road. We have a simple counter where people bring their phones when they stop working or the screen gets cracked. The room is usually full of the sound of people talking and the occasional beep from a device being tested. We aren't a big corporate office, just a local service center with a few technicians working in the back room. There are chairs along the wall for people to sit while they wait their turn. We’ve seen every kind of phone problem you can imagine over the years. The address at Hadpse 1 is easy to spot because of the traffic flow nearby. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely feels like a workshop once you get past the front desk. There are tools and small components everywhere. Being in Chembur, we get people from all over the surrounding areas. We just focus on getting the phones back into the hands of their owners as quickly as we can manage. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’re used to it. No fancy slogans here, just a group of us trying to stay on top of the repairs.
