N.Naseeb Garments Process

You can find us at A-2 in the Gilbert Compound. It’s right opposite the Ladi Compound on Durga Mandir Road, which is off Kherani Road in Sakinaka. Sakinaka is a tough, busy place with a lot of industrial units like ours. At N.Naseeb Garments Process, we focus on the actual processing of the clothes. The compound is always full of noise—trucks idling, machines humming, and people calling out to each other. It’s a bit dusty and the roads can be rough, especially when it rains. Inside our unit, things are organized but in a way that only we really understand. We have large vats and machines for different garment processes. There’s a certain rhythm to the work here. We start early and stay until the job is finished. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best shoes. We’re usually covered in a bit of lint or dye by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales department. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the neighborhood or have been using our services for years. We just try to keep things moving. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. It’s an honest way to make a living in a very busy part of the city.
