Nikunj Enterprises

Nikunj Enterprises is located in Gambhir Industrial Estate, unit C-7. We are in Vishweshwar Nagar, right across from the old Paramount Silk Mill. It’s just off Aarey Road in Goregaon East. The location is pretty good, though the traffic near the highway can be a nightmare in the evenings. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving stock in and out. The estate is a bit old, so the walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling in places. We don't mind much because we’re too busy to notice. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with boxes and some packing material. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have two or three people in the office at once. We usually have a light bulb that flickers a bit, but we keep forgetting to change it. There is a small tea stall just outside the estate gate where we go for breaks. It’s a good place to hear the local gossip about other businesses in Goregaon. We don't have a big sales team. Most people who call us have been buying from us for a long time. We don't bother with fancy presentations or slick marketing. We just tell people what we have in stock and when it can be delivered. It’s a straightforward way to run Nikunj Enterprises, and it works for us.
