Nexus Trade

Nexus Trade is located over at the Tk Industrial Estate, right on the first floor. If you’re coming off A.D. Marg near Gupta Estate in Sewree, it’s not too hard to find, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying things. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a bit, and it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of samples lying around. Trading is a lot of talking on the phone and checking prices, which is basically what we do from morning until evening. The industrial estate gets pretty loud during the day with all the other businesses around us doing their own thing. We don’t really do big meetings or have a corporate setup; it’s more about getting the trade deals done and making sure the logistics work out. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days there’s a delay at the port or a mix-up with a delivery, and we just have to sit there and fix it. Sewree is a busy part of the city, and being in the West side makes it easy for some of our regulars to drop by. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets here. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the market. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep at it every day, making sure the goods get where they need to go.
