New Tech Computer Service

You can find us on the second floor of the Malad Apartment building on Anand Road. We are in Shop Number 7. It’s not a ground-floor shop with big windows, so most of our customers are people who already know where we are. We have been running New Tech Computer Service from this same spot in Malad West for quite a few years now. The shop is usually full of computers in different states of being taken apart. There are wires everywhere and a lot of old parts kept in boxes under the tables. We spend our days mostly looking at screens or trying to find a specific screw that dropped on the floor. It’s a quiet kind of work, and we like it that way. Being up on the second floor keeps us away from the main noise of Anand Road, though we can still hear the traffic. We don't have a big team or a fancy website. It’s just a couple of us who know how to fix things. We talk to people in plain English and tell them honestly if something can be fixed or if it’s time to get a new one. Many of our customers live in the same building or just down the street. We open up in the morning, put on the lights, and start working through the repairs. It’s a simple, local business that serves the people here in Malad.
