Nepree Steel

If you’re looking for Nepree Steel, we’re located at F-2 in the Ashapura Society. It’s on J.M.M Road, over in the Asalfa part of Ghatkopar West. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but we’ve made our space work for us. We deal with a lot of steel, so there’s always that metallic smell in the air and bits of scrap here and there. The shop is on the ground level which makes it easier for loading, but it’s still a squeeze when the trucks come in. We spend a lot of time moving heavy bars and sheets around, so everyone here stays pretty fit whether they want to or not. The neighbors in the society are used to the noise by now, though we try to keep the loudest stuff for the middle of the day. Our office is just a tiny room off to the side with a single fan and a lot of invoices pinned to the wall. It’s not the most modern place, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. When it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. We usually just huddle inside and wait it out with some hot tea. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we’re mostly just focused on getting the steel cut and ready for whoever needs it. It’s a bit messy, but that’s just the nature of working with metal.
