Our setup here in Neemuch is located at Gattani Chal in the Baghana area. This part of Madhya Pradesh has its own pace, and Nelco Ltd fits right into it. Being a Tata Enterprise, we carry that name, but we operate like a local spot where everyone knows each other. The office isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we handle our business daily. Baghana is a lively place, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to clean the desks twice a day, but that’s just life here. We don't spend much time on long meetings; we’d rather just get to the work at hand. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas, so there’s a lot of talk about local news during lunch breaks. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighbors know us well. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to find us if they aren't from around here, but once you see Gattani Chal, you’re basically there. We keep our files organized, though the shelves are getting a bit crowded lately. We focus on the things we need to do today and don't worry too much about grand plans. It’s a straightforward way of working, which seems to suit this town just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the job. Sometimes we sit outside in the evening when it’s cooler.
