Neelam Garments Private Limited

Neelam Garments Private Limited operates out of A-1, No. 447, which is inside the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. We are part of the Dhanraj Mill Company area in Lower Parel West. Lower Parel is a place that never really stops, and being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses doing all sorts of things. Our unit, No. 447, is where the actual work happens. It’s a functional space with high ceilings and plenty of room for our equipment. We deal with garments every day, from the initial pieces to the final packing. It is a bit of a maze inside the Shah & Nahar estate if you aren't used to it. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because we are more worried about the work on the tables. The hum of the machines is the main sound you hear when you walk in. Lower Parel West has changed a lot with all the new buildings, but the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. We have a routine that we follow, and it keeps us going. We aren't looking to be famous or anything, we just want to keep our spot in the Dhanraj Mill area and keep the production moving. It is a straightforward business. We show up, we do the sewing and the sorting, and then we go home.
