Natraj Trading Co. is located at Shop No 9 on Kalbadevi Road. Our specific spot is 27/29, Dr M.B. Velkar Street, in the Chewool Wadi area. If you have ever been to Kalbadevi, you know it is a maze of narrow streets and old buildings. We have been operating out of this small shop for quite some time now. It is a tight space, packed with whatever goods we are trading at the moment. Usually, there are bags or boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling. We spend our days talking to traders and managing the inventory that comes in and out. The street outside is always full of handcarts and delivery guys, so it is never quiet. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or just walk by the shop. We try to be fair and just get the work done without any drama. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door, or the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside and wait it out. It is a very traditional way of doing business, where you know your neighbors and the other shopkeepers. We are not trying to change the world, just keeping the trading going day by day. It is a bit messy and loud, but that is just the way Kalbadevi is, and we would not have it any other way.
