National Aluminum

We spend most of our days at Shop No 7 in Natraj Premises. It’s right on Vallabhai Road, pretty close to the railway crossing here in Vile Parle West. Usually, it gets noisy with the trains going by, but we are used to it by now. We handle all sorts of aluminum work. If someone needs a window frame fixed or a new sliding door, they usually just drop by the shop. It’s not a big place, just a regular workshop where we keep our tools and materials stacked up. We’ve been at this spot for some time. Sometimes people find us because they’re stuck at the crossing and see our sign. It’s a practical business. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the shop floor and a few of us working. We cut the sections to size, assemble the pieces, and then head out to install them at people's houses or offices nearby. It’s dusty work, and there’s always metal shavings on the floor that we have to sweep up at the end of the day. If you walk past the Natraj building, you’ll probably hear the sound of the saw cutting through the metal. We just focus on getting the measurements right so things actually fit when we get to the site. It’s just how we make a living. Nothing too complicated about it. We stay open until the evening most days, unless we have a big job on-site.
