Raj Shoes

You can find Raj Shoes over at 32 Maker Chambers VI in Nariman Point. It’s a big, famous building, but our space inside is pretty straightforward. We deal with shoes all day long. Even though we are in a fancy part of town, our office is just a place for work. There are boxes of samples stacked against the walls and a few chairs for people to sit while they try things on. The carpet is a bit worn out in the middle where most people walk. We have a view of other tall buildings, but we mostly look at the shoes. Nariman Point is always busy with people in suits, but we keep it casual here. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. It’s not a glamorous life, despite the address. We have a small coffee machine that makes a lot of noise. The lighting is okay, but it gets a bit dim in the corners. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure people get the shoes they need. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we just wait and chat. We’ve been in Maker Chambers for a bit now. It’s a solid place to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No big mission, just Raj Shoes doing business at Nariman Point every day.
