Our office is located way up on the 9th floor of Raheja Chambers. You can find us at Plot No. 903-904 and G-plot No. 213, right there on Free Press Journal Marg. It’s a tall building and we have a good view of the street below. E. D. & F. Man Commodities India Pvt. Ltd. is where we work every day, dealing with various commodities. It’s a lot of office work, sitting at desks, talking on phones, and looking at computer screens. The elevators in Raheja Chambers can be slow during lunch hour, which is always a bit of a pain. We have quite a few people working here in different departments. It stays busy from morning until late evening. We deal with trade and logistics, making sure things move from one place to another across India and sometimes beyond. The area around Free Press Journal Marg is always buzzing with activity. We don't have a showroom or anything since we deal in commodities. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating with suppliers and buyers. It’s a steady kind of job. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Some of the desks are a bit cluttered with files, and the coffee machine is always running. It’s a regular office environment. We just focus on getting our trades done and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day without making a big fuss about it.
