You can find Nanban Apparel Llp over in Chembur Camp. We are located at 298 on the 1st floor of R. C. Barrack No. 25. It’s right near Gandhi Market and not far from Inlaks Hospital. The area is always crowded and full of life, which can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The barracks are old buildings, and our space on the first floor is where all the work happens. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and they are kind of narrow. We have our setup there with machines and tables for cutting fabric. It’s not a massive factory, just a steady small-scale operation. There are usually pieces of thread and cloth scraps on the floor by the end of the day, no matter how much we sweep. The noise from the market downstairs drifts up, so it's never really quiet here. We’ve got a small team and we’ve been working together for a while now. We don't do a lot of formal meetings; we just talk while we work. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We handle a lot of the production ourselves. Being near the hospital and the market means there's always something going on outside. We’re just a regular part of the local landscape in Chembur, doing our bit with clothes every day. We don't have much in the way of a front office, just the work tables and the people who use them.
