Jogeshwari East is where we spend most of our days, right inside Gala Number 115 at Shreeji Industries. It’s a busy spot. We started Namo Apparels a while back because we knew how to handle fabric and machines. The workshop isn't fancy. You’ll find rolls of cloth stacked in corners and the sound of stitching machines going all day long. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the monsoon makes the road outside a bit messy, but we keep at it. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know their way around a needle. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s just a practical space where work gets done. Most mornings start with checking the new arrivals of thread and checking if the cutting tables are clear. We focus on getting the pieces right so they can be sent out to the shops. Living and working in Jogeshwari means you get used to the noise and the crowd. We’ve been in this gala for years now. People around here know us as the place that’s always busy. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have on hand. It’s a simple life. We drink tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the day's schedule. That is pretty much how things go here at Namo Apparels every single day.
