Our office is over in Ghatkopar West, right on L.B.S. Marg. We are in the Kailash Esplanade building, in units C-402 and 403. Munish Steel Merchants has been operating out of here for some time now. LBS Marg is a major road, so it’s always crowded and full of energy. The building itself is pretty well-known in this area. We have a couple of rooms where we handle all the merchant work. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking prices throughout the day. We don’t have any fancy decorations; just the usual office desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of tea being served. The rhythm of the work depends on the market, so some days are much crazier than others. We like being in Ghatkopar because it’s central for a lot of our clients. We aren't a big corporate giant; we’re more of a local merchant setup where we know our customers by name. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we wrap things up at a decent hour. We don’t have any big polished slogans. We just try to be honest in our dealings and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a bit of a maze in the building sometimes, but once you find us, it’s a very straightforward environment. We just do our work and head home when the day is finished.
