Mukesh Brothers Exports

Mukesh Brothers Exports is located on the 4th floor of Shivthirth No.2 at 4, Bhulabhai Desai Road. Being up on the fourth floor means we have to rely on the lift a lot, especially when we are carrying samples or documents back and forth. The office has a few windows that look out over the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We deal with exports, so a lot of our time is spent on the phone or writing out long forms for shipping. It is mostly paperwork and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. There are only a few of us in the office, so things stay pretty quiet unless we are arguing about where a certain file went. We have been at this address for quite some time now. The building is well-known in this part of town. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet people. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We focus on the details of the shipments and making sure the buyers are getting what they asked for. Sometimes things get delayed at the port and we have to spend the whole day fixing it.
