We are based in Mumbai, specifically over at 75- Memonwada Road. Our office is in Batliwala Mansion, and you have to come up to the 4th floor to find us in Room-16. It is quite close to Masjid Bunder, so the whole area is always packed with activity. If you have ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how the narrow streets and old buildings are. It is a very busy place to work. M/S Hbs Realtors Pvt Ltd has been in this building for a while now. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so climbing those stairs to the 4th floor keeps us moving. The room itself is small but we make it work for what we need. It is a typical Mumbai real estate setup where the phone is usually ringing and there are papers all over the desk. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and trying to keep track of what is happening in the local market. Being near Masjid Bunder means there is a lot of noise from the trains and the street vendors outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big fancy firm with a glass building. We are just a group of people working out of a room in an old mansion. It feels honest and real. We know the neighborhood well and we just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
