Her Complete Woman

Our shop is located at Gala No. 246/1965 inside the Shree Ganesh Co Operative Housing Society. It can be a little bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but we are near Link Road in Goregaon West. Specifically, we are on Road No. 6 in Motilal Nagar No. 1. It’s a busy residential area, so there are always kids playing nearby or neighbors chatting on the walkways. We started this place because we wanted a spot for local women to find everyday clothes without having to go to a big mall. The space is small, but we pack it full of different outfits. We spend a lot of time rearranging the racks so everything fits. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to keep the entrance clean because people bring in mud from the road, but we just keep a mop handy. It’s a very local feel here. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We don't do any big advertising or anything fancy. People just see the sign when they are walking home or going to the market. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the Gala, but we have a good breeze if the door is propped open. It’s just a regular shop run by regular people who like clothes.
