Monaz Ranina

Monaz Ranina is located in Room No 203 on the second floor of the Monica building in Cuffe Parade. It’s a bit of an older building, the kind where you can really feel the history of Mumbai. The room isn't huge, but it fits everything needed for the work. There’s a desk, some chairs, and a window that lets in some light, though the view isn't much to write home about. People come here when they have specific tasks for us to handle. It's more of a personal professional space than a big corporate office. Working in Cuffe Parade means dealing with the sea breeze, which is nice, but it also makes everything a bit damp during the monsoon. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist. Usually, it's just me or a colleague handling the phone and the paperwork. The pace here is steady but not rushed. We like to take the time to actually read through things instead of just skimming. It’s a quiet corner in a very loud city. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We’ve been based in this room for a good while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a comfortable, low-key way to run a business without all the unnecessary stress of a fancy office park.
