We’ve been at 13 Vijaya Azad Rd in Vileparle East for quite some time now. Monarch Computers Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy glass building; it's just our workspace where we deal with all sorts of tech stuff. People from the neighborhood drop by mostly when their laptops act up or they need a part replaced. It gets pretty busy here, especially on Mondays when everyone realizes their home office setup is broken. We spend most of our day looking at screens or opening up computer cases. The road outside can get noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. There are about five of us working here. We mostly handle hardware repairs and some software installation. It’s not always pretty, there are cables tangled under the desks and stacks of old monitors in the corner. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific spare part to arrive from the city center, but that's just how it goes. Mumbai weather makes everything a bit dusty, so we spend a good amount of time just cleaning the fans and keyboards. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most folks find us because they live nearby or someone told them we helped with their PC. It’s a simple setup, and we like being part of the Vileparle community.
