Moda International

Moda International is based in the Zakaria Industrial Premises, at No. 19 in Marol, Andheri (E). If you know this part of Mumbai, you know how busy Marol stays throughout the day. There is a constant rush of people and trucks right outside our door. We are in one of those big industrial estates where everyone is doing something different. Our unit is not very large, but it is where all our work happens. We deal with international trade and different types of products, so there are usually boxes stacked up in every corner. Sometimes it is hard to find a place to sit because we have so much inventory waiting to go out. We do not have a corporate style or fancy decorations. The walls could probably use some paint and the desk chairs are getting a bit old. But the space works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking on shipments at the port. Andheri East is a good location for business, even if the traffic is a complete nightmare in the afternoons. We have been at Zakaria Industrial Premises for several years now. We know the guards and the people in the other units. We are just a regular business trying to stay busy and keep things moving. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up at Marol every morning and see what the day brings.
