Indigo Fashions

Indigo Fashions is tucked away on the first floor of Mithaiwala Mansion. We are located in 12th Khetwadi, which is a neighborhood that never seems to sleep. There is always someone moving around or a shop opening up nearby. The mansion itself is an older building with a lot of history. You have to walk up the stairs to find us since we aren't on the ground floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but we like the view of the street from our windows. Inside, it’s a busy place. We have our sewing machines and cutting tables taking up most of the room. It’s not a fancy boutique with mirrors and lights. It’s a real workshop where things actually get made. We often have stacks of fabric piled up and threads all over the floor by the end of the day. It’s messy work, but we enjoy the process of it. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and we all know how to handle the rush when it comes. Khetwadi is a tough place to run a business because competition is everywhere, but we just focus on our own tasks. We don’t do a lot of talking or marketing. We just let the work speak for itself and try to keep our heads down.
