Minar International Ltd.

Our office is at 308 Navyug, on T.J. Road in Sewree. It is an old building, but it is sturdy. Minar International Ltd. has been here for quite some time. Sewree is an interesting area, always something going on with the docks nearby and the heavy traffic. Our space is on the third floor. The elevator is a bit temperamental, so we often take the stairs. It is a bit of a workout. Inside, it is just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't into the whole modern office look. It is functional. We have a view of the street, which is always busy with people and carts. The noise filters in, but we don't really notice it anymore. The staff here is like a small family. We know who takes their tea with no sugar and who is always late because of the train. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just get the work done and talk about our weekends. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it makes it easier to communicate. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It is just a normal workplace in a busy part of Mumbai. We like it here, even with the noise and the old stairs. We have got used to the way the building creaks in the wind too.
