Finding us at Deshmukh Complex in Parsopant can be a little tricky if you are new to the area, but we are right there on the East Park Road side. Being next to the Anushka Petrol Pump helps people spot the turn. We spend most of our time staring at screens or digging around inside computer towers that have stopped working for one reason or another. The shop isn't very large, and there are always stacks of keyboards or old monitors sitting around waiting for someone to claim them. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting here, dealing with whatever software problem or broken hinge comes through the door. The traffic on Kumara Park East High Grounds can get pretty backed up in the evenings, so we usually hear a lot of honking while we work. It’s a quiet enough job otherwise. We get people from all over the neighborhood dropping in with laptops that won't turn on. Sometimes it's a quick fix and sometimes we have to tell them it's not worth the money to repair. We try to be straight with folks about that. The light in the complex isn't the best, so we have these bright desk lamps for when we are soldering things. It's a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We keep some basic cables and mice on the shelf too, just in case someone needs a spare in a hurry. It works out okay.
