Microsign Sales & Services

You'll find us at number 15 in the Shree Kamdenu Estate. It's located in Malad West, right on the street where Hotel Royal Plaza is. Microsign Sales & Services is a place where we spend our time fixing things and selling parts. It's a bit of a workshop feel inside. We have tools and equipment scattered around because there is always something being repaired. Malad is a crowded part of Mumbai, so there's always a lot of noise and people passing by. We've been here in this estate for quite a few years now. Most of our customers are from the local businesses or residents nearby who have something that's stopped working. We don't have a big showroom. It’s mostly just shelves with stock and a counter where we talk to people. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We do our best to get the repairs done on time. It’s just honest, everyday work. We aren't a big chain, just a small local shop. People know they can drop by and ask us a question about their gear or what parts they might need. If you are walking down the street past the hotel, you can find our unit in the estate. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of things. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business and we’ve been doing it like this for a long time without much change.
