Micro-Nic Systems

You can find us at building number 19 on Tell Gally. It’s right in the middle of Shaikh Memon Street over in Zaveri Bazaar. If you know Kalabadevi, you know how packed it gets around here. It’s a busy spot with people moving around all day long, carrying all sorts of things through the narrow lanes. Our space is at number 7, and it’s fairly small but we make it work for everything we do with Micro-Nic Systems. There’s always noise from the street coming up through the windows, which is just part of being in this area. We’ve got shelves lining the walls filled with components and whatever else we’re working on at the moment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive artwork. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We spend our hours sorting through parts and making sure the systems are running right. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact door because all the buildings look so similar, but once they know, they know. We like being in the heart of the market because everything we might need is just a short walk away. It’s a bit chaotic, but it keeps us on our toes. Lunch usually comes from one of the small shops nearby, and we eat right at our desks before getting back to the afternoon rush and finishing our tasks.
