We've been at the junction of S.V. Road and Marve Road in Malad West for quite some time now. If you know the area, you know how busy this corner gets. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around, especially during the rush hours when everyone is trying to get to the station or back home. Our place is right there where the two big roads meet. Most of the time, we are just busy keeping up with whatever needs doing that day. It isn't a fancy setup. We have our desks and the usual stuff you find in an office around here. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. It is just how things are in this part of Mumbai. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who come in every morning and stay until the work is finished. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks near the signal. It isn't hard to spot once you are at the intersection. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Mostly, it is just folks from around the neighborhood or people who have known us for years. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about what we do. It is just a regular local business trying to get through the daily list of tasks. We often have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the week is going.
