We've been at 125, Kartik Complex for quite a while now. It's on New Link Road in Andheri(W). People usually just call us Meghdoot Refrigeration Ind. Pvt. Ltd. when they need something looked at. The shop is busy most days. We deal with cooling units and parts. Sometimes the traffic on New Link Road is a mess, but we manage to get things done. It’s a standard industrial setup. Nothing fancy. We focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it's quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. Being in Kartik Complex means we have neighbors who do all sorts of different things. It’s a tight space but it works for us. We handle the day-to-day operations right from this office. If you're coming by, look for the complex near the main road. We try to keep things organized but with all the refrigeration parts, it gets a bit crowded. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay focused on what we know. Most of our tools have been with us for years. We aren't big on flashy signs. Just the name Meghdoot Refrigeration on the door. It’s a practical place for practical work. We spend most of our time fixing things or talking to suppliers. It's a steady routine that we've grown used to. The floor is concrete and we have a few old chairs for visitors. We don't have a receptionist, so we just shout for someone when someone walks in.
