We’ve been over at Tejpal Industrial Estate in Sakinaka for a good while now. It’s a busy spot right on Andheri Kurla Road. Most days here are spent keeping track of things in the unit and making sure everything is moving along as it should. We handle exports, so there is always a lot of paperwork and boxes moving around the floor. It gets pretty loud with all the activity around the estate, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes the traffic outside B-107 is a real headache, but we make it work. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We just focus on getting the day's tasks done without making a big fuss about it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down and sort out the orders. We’ve learned over time that things usually go better when you just keep it simple and watch the details. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a shipment or check on some stock. It’s mostly just hard work and staying organized enough to keep the customers happy. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It is more about making sure the crates are packed right and the trucks leave on time. That is basically what our days look like here at the industrial estate. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
