Mata Prasad Traders

Our trading shop is located on D N Road, right by the 3rd Main and Pipe Line West. It’s in a part of Mawla Maratha that is always bustling with activity. We are right opposite building number 146, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The shop itself is a modest space, filled with various goods that we trade in. It is not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is kept. The neighborhood is very local, and we often see the same faces every day walking past the door. We have a small counter where we do all our business, and there is usually a stack of delivery slips waiting to be sorted. The walls are lined with whatever we happen to have in stock that week. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by trucks unloading, and we have to help guide them in. It can be a bit chaotic, but that is just the way life is on D N Road. We don't have a lot of staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from moving boxes to answering the phone. It is a practical way to run things, and it keeps our days interesting. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a permanent part of the street. Even when it rains hard and the water pools on the road, we keep the shutters halfway up and keep on working.
