Our little spot is right at Church Gate 1. It’s a busy area with a lot of people walking by every minute of the day. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so people can actually walk around. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The morning commute brings a lot of noise from the station nearby, but we like the energy of the crowd. We usually open up early before the heat gets too bad. It’s mostly just us handling everything from the front counter to the stockroom in the back. Sometimes the shelves get a bit disorganized when we’re busy, but we straighten them out eventually. We don't have a big team or a corporate office. It’s just a practical setup for what we do at Marise Marrel. People pop in while they’re waiting for their trains or just passing through the area. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we get a new shipment in. We have to shuffle boxes around to make a path for everyone. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular shop in a busy part of town. We try to keep things honest and just do our work without making a big fuss about it. The lights flicker sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to calling the electrician yet. We just keep going.
