Our office is over at 409 Kalpataru Plaza on Chincholi Bunder Road in Malad West. It’s a decent building, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. We deal with imports and exports mostly. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, and the desks are usually covered in files and shipping documents. It’s not the most exciting work to look at, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Malad West is a fast place, and Chincholi Bunder Road always has something going on. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s tracking a container or just making sure the printer has paper. We don’t do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just tell it like it is and try to keep our clients happy. Sometimes things go wrong with shipping, and those are the days we end up drinking way too much tea and staying late to fix the mess. It’s just part of the job. We like the location because it’s easy for us to get around. The office isn’t huge, but it’s ours, and it’s where we put in the hours every day. We just try to stay organized and get through the mountain of tasks on our list. It's a steady grind, but we like the pace of it and just keep moving along.
