Kolorsol Exports

If you are heading down the New Link Road in Malad West, you will see the Toyota showroom. We are right across from there at D103 Nestle. Kolorsol Exports is basically just a few of us trying to keep up with all the shipping schedules. It is a busy part of the city and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street. We deal with a whole lot of paperwork and heavy boxes every single day. The heat in Malad can get really intense during the summer months, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving enough to work. My desk is almost always covered in folders, pens, and half-empty cups of chai. We don’t really do those big formal meetings you see in movies. Usually, one of us just shouts across the room if a shipment is late or if a customer calls. Being near the Toyota place makes it easy for people to find us, which saves a lot of time on the phone giving directions. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and double-checking the crates. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the traffic on the main road and that sets us back, but we just deal with it. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. It’s not a glamorous job at all, just a lot of checking lists and making sure the quality is what it should be for the clients.
