Mahishan Developersprivate Limited is located on the ground floor of the Jubilee Building. We are over on Parshuram Pupala Marg in Mumbai Central 20. It's a busy neighborhood and being on Plot-395 puts us right in the middle of everything. The ground floor spot is handy because people can just walk in from the street when they have questions. We deal with property development, which in a city like Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge. There is never enough space and the rules are always changing. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various sites across the city. The traffic in 400008 can be pretty bad, so we do a lot of our talking on the phone while sitting in cabs. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a place where we keep our maps and our permits. We are a small group of people who have been in this trade for a long time. We've seen how the buildings in Mumbai Central have evolved over the decades. We just try to add something useful to the skyline when we can. There are plenty of days when things don't go according to plan, but we just keep pushing through. We don't use those shiny brochures you see in big offices. We just show people what we've built. That seems more honest to us than any marketing speech.
