Futech Computers Pvt. Ltd. is based in the A-1 Industrial House on Bhaguji Khir Marg in Mahim West. It is an old, solid building, and we have been on this particular floor for quite a long time. The whole area is packed with small workshops and offices all squeezed together. We mostly spend our time on computer sales and setting up networks for other small businesses nearby. Our office has some big windows, but they just look out at another building, so there is not much of a view to speak of. It is mostly rows of grey desks and a small server room that hums all day. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have been around since the very beginning. We usually go out for lunch together at a small canteen down the road. It does not feel like a big corporate office; it feels more like a place where people actually work. There are stacks of old boxes and spare monitors in the corner that have been there for months. Mahim West is a busy area, and the traffic on Bhaguji Khir Marg can be really bad in the evenings. We just spend our days answering calls and setting up systems. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you will just see us working.
