Magnum Impex

Magnum Impex has its office at Lgc 18, right opposite Kapadia Nagar on the CST Road in Kurla West. This area is always buzzing with activity, and the noise from the street never really stops. We are an import and export business, so there is always something going on with logistics and customs. The office itself is quite small and can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have piles of shipping documents and folders on every available surface. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The local chai wallah knows our orders by heart because we’re constantly calling him. Being in Kurla means we are right in the middle of everything, which is great for business but bad for the commute. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from truck drivers to international agents. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the telephone and endless emails. We don’t really bother with a big sign or fancy furniture. The focus is always on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong with the transport, and the whole office is in a bit of a panic, but we usually sort it out by the end of the day. It’s a gritty, fast-paced way to make a living, and we’re quite used to it.
