Madam Agro Food Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located right here in Malad-West, specifically at Ram Baug on S.V. Road. If you know this area, you know how crowded S.V. Road gets, so getting things in and out can be a real chore sometimes. We deal with agro-food products, so there is always a lot of activity with bags and packaging happening inside our facility. It’s a bit of a maze in here with all the machinery and storage, but we know where everything is. We started out smaller and eventually became this private limited setup, but the daily work feels much the same. Most of our workers live close by, so it feels like a neighborhood operation even though we handle a lot of volume. We are constantly checking the quality of the grains and food items because that’s what matters in this business. Our office is tucked away in the same building where the processing happens. It gets quite loud during the peak hours when all the machines are running at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders are ready when the transport arrives. Sometimes things get delayed when the rain hits Malad hard, but we try our best to keep up with the daily demands of the food industry.
