M.M. Poonjiaji & Co

You can find M.M. Poonjiaji & Co over at 42 Anandilal Poddar Marg, right on 1st Marine Street. It is an area with a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk down the street. Our building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, even if the paint is peeling in some spots. We have been operating from here for a long time. Inside, it is a mix of old wooden desks and stacks of jars or containers. We deal with various food products, mostly traditional stuff that has been around for generations. The air has a faint scent of spices if you linger long enough. It is not a high-tech office. We still do a lot of things by hand and keep records in big ledgers alongside the computer. Marine Street is always lively, and we get a nice breeze off the water sometimes, which helps with the heat. We do not have a big PR team or a polished brand image. We are just a bunch of people who have been doing this for years. We know the postman, the delivery drivers, and the neighbors. It is a quiet sort of busyness here. We focus on what we put in the jars rather than making things look perfect for a brochure. It is just us, working away in an old corner of the city, keeping the daily routine going and making sure every order is handled right.
