Luttic Store

Luttic Store is located in Santacruz East, specifically in Room 27 of Building 18. It’s very close to the ICICI Bank, which is how most people find us if they get lost in the lanes here. It’s not a huge storefront on a main road, but a small, busy space where we keep everything organized. Santacruz is a hectic place, and being in a building like this means we see a lot of people coming and going all day. We started this store because we wanted to have a local base for our customers. We handle all sorts of daily tasks, from checking new stock to packing up orders for people. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when a lot of boxes arrive at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a big team of fancy executives. It's just us, making sure the store stays stocked and that we’re answering the phone when it rings. The neighborhood is loud and full of life, which we actually quite enjoy. Sometimes we have to step out onto the street just to get a bit of air when the room gets too full of inventory. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces around the bank and the nearby shops. We just focus on running the store as best as we can without making things complicated or sounding like a big corporation.
