Jip Fashion & Resturant (I) Pvt.Ltd

We are located at Apte Property, specifically B/11/12 on Dr. E. Moses Road in Worli. It’s right next to the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate, so things get pretty busy around here during the day. Most people know the area because of the industrial estate, but we’ve carved out our own little corner for Jip Fashion & Resturant (I) Pvt.Ltd. It’s an interesting setup because we handle fashion and also have the restaurant side of things. Mumbai life is fast, and being in Worli means we are right in the thick of it. The traffic on Dr. E. Moses Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially when people are coming and going from work. We usually start our mornings early to get things ready before the rush hits. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper or anything like that, just a practical space where we get our work done. The building has its quirks, like any older Mumbai property, but it feels like home to us now. Our neighbors at the industrial estate are always moving boxes and equipment, so there is always some noise or activity. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals recognize us by now. We don't really go for that corporate vibe, we just like to keep things simple and do our jobs. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but that’s just how it goes here. We're just a group of people working hard in Worli.
