Lukse Modish Private Limited

You can find us on the first floor of Kagalwala House, which is at 175 Vidyanagari Marg in Kalina. We are in Santacruz East, right in the middle of Mumbai City. Lukse Modish is our private limited company. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s not a flashy office or a high-end boutique, just a workspace where we handle our fashion business. The stairs are a bit steep and the building has that old Mumbai feel to it. We spend our days looking at designs and checking the quality of the fabrics we get. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have a big social media presence because we’re too busy actually doing the work. Sometimes it’s just us and the sewing machines or the cutting tables. Kalina is a good spot because it’s central, even if the traffic on Vidyanagari Marg can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to keep our head down and just do the job. We don’t talk about being the best or anything like that. We just want to make sure the clothes we put out are decent. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to talking to the manufacturers. It’s just how a real local business operates day to day. We stay busy and we stay practical about what we do.
