Lucky Paint & Light House

Lucky Paint & Light House sits at Shop No 12 in the Highway Park area, specifically in the E/3 Building of Thakur Complex. Being in Kandivali East means we are in a lively neighborhood. The shop is filled with various cans and boxes, which means there is not a lot of room to walk around. We have paints and lights all over the place. Sometimes the smells from the paint can be a bit strong, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright carpets. Instead, we have practical shelves and a counter that has seen better days. Most of our time is spent helping people figure out what colors might look okay or which bulbs fit their sockets. It gets pretty dusty here, especially with the road nearby, but we try to wipe things down when we can. We are just regular people trying to keep the business going in this part of Mumbai. There is no corporate talk here; we just speak normally like we would at home. If we are busy, you might have to wait a couple of minutes while we finish up with someone else. We stay open until late most evenings because that is when people usually stop by after their own work. It is a simple life in a busy complex and we just keep it moving.
