Pratul Overseas

We've been here at Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate for a while now. Getting to the first floor is just part of the morning routine for everyone. You'll find us at Unit 147 in the A-1 building. Most days are pretty busy with stuff moving in and out along Sitaram Jadhav Marg. It's not the fanciest place, just an industrial setup where things get done. The stairs are narrow, and the hallways always have someone rushing through them with a clipboard or a stack of papers. We deal with overseas stuff, so the phones are usually ringing at odd hours. Sometimes it's quiet in the afternoons, but that doesn't last long. The guys know the tea stall downstairs really well. We keep things simple here. There’s a lot of paperwork on the desks, and the filing cabinets are mostly full. If you’re coming by, look for the sign near the entrance of the estate. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. The lights in the office are those long tubes that flicker a bit when you first flip the switch. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is basically right around the corner. It's just a regular workspace with people trying to keep things moving. Nothing more to it than that, really. The stairs are a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time coming up. It's an old building but it serves its purpose for what we do every day.
