Dina Clothing Company

We are based in the Mhatre Pen Building in room 19-b. It is on S B Marg, right between Dadar West and Lower Parel. This whole area is always moving and shaking. You can even hear the local trains if the windows are open and the street is quiet for a second. The building itself has been around for a long time and has a lot of history to it. Dina Clothing Company is just one of many small businesses working out of this block. Our space is usually filled up with samples, rulers, and paper sketches. It is a bit messy if we are being honest. There are piles of fabric swatches on almost every chair in the room. We spend our days talking to suppliers on the phone and checking the quality of the zippers and buttons that come in. The elevators in the building are sometimes very slow, so we often end up taking the stairs to the office. It is good exercise for us. The security guards at the main gate have known us for years now. We do not have a big corporate setup with meetings. It is just a group of people who know how to put a garment together. Sometimes we have our lunch together at the desks while we talk. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going during the busy season when orders are heavy.
