We’ve been at C-35/36 in Lk Arcade for a while now. If you know Marol Naka in Andheri (E), you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. We deal with various machines and equipment here every day. It’s mostly just us keeping things moving and making sure the inventory is right. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. We started out small and just kept adding more equipment to the list as years went by. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the gear around, but we manage. People stop by often since we are right here in the arcade. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking parts. It’s honest work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the routine. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads. We just open up in the morning and see what needs doing. Andheri is a good place for this kind of business because everything is close by. We handle the paperwork, talk to people who need machines, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of manual tracking sometimes. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we set up shop. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to fix or move. We just stick to what we know about equipment and keep it simple for everyone.
