Laxmi-Krupa Gas Distributions

We are right here in Shop 12 of Building 2 at Hyland Park. If you know Dahisar East, you know how busy SV Road gets during the day. Our shop is just off that main road, so it’s easy enough to find us if you’re looking. Being in the gas distribution business means our days start pretty early. There are always cylinders being moved around and the sound of the trucks backing up. It gets pretty noisy and dusty, especially with all the construction that seems to be happening everywhere in this part of Mumbai. We spend a lot of time checking the delivery logs and answering the phone when people call to ask where their refill is. It’s a fast-paced kind of job, and there isn't much time for sitting around. The shop isn't very big, mostly just space for the desk and some empty bottles stacked up. We’ve been at this spot in Hyland Park for a long time. You get to know the regulars and the delivery boys pretty well. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics, honestly. We just try to get the loads out on time and deal with the traffic as best we can. Some days the heat is really something, but we just keep the fan going and keep moving. It’s just a normal local business helping out the neighborhood and getting the work done.
